J. Daniel Holsenback is a UC Davis-educated, Gray Cary-trained, AV-rated* attorney with two decades of experience providing skilled advocacy and creative solutions to complex legal problems. He has tried more than thirty cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators, obtaining six-and-seven-figure verdicts and judgments and successfully defending clients against six-and-seven-figure claims. In 1998, he negotiated a $4,300,000.00 insurance bad faith settlement on behalf of a plaintiff-client. He is a former Vice-President and Director of the San Diego County Bar Association.

Christopher Taylor has been practicing law for almost fifteen years in Oregon and California and is Of Counsel to the firm. Mr. Taylor received his B.A. from Emory University and J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. He graduated in the top 15% of his class and upon graduation clerked for the Hon. Deborah A. Agosti.

Patrick Todd, Office Manager
Mr. Todd has been with Holsenback APC since June 2004. He is a graduate of UCSD in political science with a concentration in public law. Mr. Todd intends to pursue a career in law. He also has a passion for model railroads and volunteers with the San Diego Railroad Museum.
